The Management reserves the right to apply different prices at particular times of the year.

Mode of payment:

Customers must pay the balance in cash at check-in, please obtain cash because the distance before the ATM.

Prices are per room per night.

For customers who require a stay for longer periods than a week, special rates and conditions will be agreed.

Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00

Check-out from 06:00 to 10:00

Children under 5 are free.

For stays longer than 5 nights will take place on 10% discount

Where appropriate, and payment is expected to use a bed with cage for babies, on request when booking, or at least 48 hours before arrival.

Prices are inclusive of daily cleaning and use of electricity, water and gas.

Change of towels (by arrangement).

Change bed linen weekly or as needed (by arrangement).

The kitchen can not be used for the preparation of meals (Lunch and Dinner).

All prices include breakfast at home.

In some cases, and only on request, extra charge, breakfast will be agreed according to the habits of the guests and served with the traditional method prepared by the owner or by the method "Self Contained" with the delivery of fresh bread, croissants and maybe of a newspaper, right on the doorstep, so that guests can use the kitchen preparing breakfast using in total autonomy and at any time (please note: the service must be requested when booking, or at least 48 hours before arrival).

Guests who will spend her birthday at our facility or in their celebration of marriage will have a discount of 25%.

You can bring your pets with you, they can stay in a doghouse and in the garden facing the B & small animals inside the rooms are allowed.
